Mike, Diana and Mitch are very professional and responsive. They have helped us (and at least 3 of our friends) with renting out our property since the past 3+ years. They have been super professional in all aspects of the lease / rental transactions. When one of our properties needed work between leases, they also helped us manage the renovations and brought their own contractors without any middlemen type of commissions.

Just a quick note to tell you how much I appreciate the help you've been with a couple of recent issues we had at 8265 Canal St, which as you know, you manage.Over the past year, I have had an array of typical household problems including: a broken garbage disposal, an ant issue, a garage door issue, and an oven that wouldn't work.
